Private sessions are a space to come home to yourself.

They are a place to bring the questions, thresholds, griefs, longings, patterns, symptoms, and knowings that do not always fit neatly into ordinary conversation. Together, we listen for what is true, what is asking for attention, and what may be ready to change.

My work moves across the psychological, intuitive, spiritual, embodied, and holistic. A session may include deep conversation, intuitive guidance, meditation, movement, breathwork, nervous-system support, sound or frequency work, energetic practices, aromatherapy, or practical exploration of the ways your body, environment, habits, relationships, and inner life are affecting one another.

Sometimes the work is mystical. Sometimes it is very physical and practical. Often it is both.

I have spent decades studying the relationship between trauma, perception, consciousness, the body, and wellness.

I work with people through periods of transition, emotional upheaval, chronic patterns, major life changes, and serious health journeys. When health is part of the picture, my work is integrative and supportive, helping you look at the whole terrain of your life rather than reducing you to a diagnosis or symptom

Beginning the Work

You do not need to know exactly what kind of session you need before you arrive. We begin with what is happening now and let the work unfold from there.

You are welcome to begin with a single session. Some people come once for clarity or support around something specific. Others work with me over time when deeper integration or sustained change is calling for it.

If you are looking for a space where the psychological, the practical, and the mystical are all allowed in the room, you will like it here.
